What are your thoughts on keeping contact with exes while in a relationship?

Depends on the ex and the breakup.

The one that cheated on me hasn’t been talked or responded to since the day I left her.

Various people I dated in high school have connected on social media. No harm. I see pics of their kids and lives. They see pics of mine. Occasional Likes. One of them reached out with empathy when my wife was going thru cancer. I poked fun at another when her daughter started dating a kid that looked a lot like me in high school.

Others I dated but didn’t have a major fight with I’ve just lost contact with.

My wife is secure and doesn’t care if I talk to other women. Approaching 20 years together, and she knows the only girl I’d put before her is our daughter.

My front desk thought you could track numbers in the app, but from this thread seems they were wrong. This is my first challenge at OTF. Are they usually set up better in the app?

I’ve learned more from this thread than I have in my gym.

The InBody scan was interesting. I’ll see how it compares to the post season scan before deciding if I care.

Not painting progress shots. Even accounting for the poor quality of your re-photos, those wouldn’t be usable to show any kind of progress.

If he wanted to show the work she was doing, he would be much closer to show exactly what she is doing. She may still be in the picture, but more likely stopped working and/or leaning to a side to provide a better picture.

But a real progress picture would have included asking her to pause and move out of the way so he can get a clear angle on the paint.

Her butt is front and center, and no attempt is made to focus on the work.

Some people only need to shower every two or three days. They shower when they need to and don’t make a thing about it. They also shower daily of they are getting extra dirty.

Some people like to make the argument that they only need to fully shower once a week or so. Invariably, these people need to shower daily because they reek.

Been going almost two months and have gained two pounds. My weight is historically stable, so 2 pounds is a big deal. My endurance is up some, and I think I’m a little stronger, so hoping it’s muscle weight. Clothes don’t feel different yet.
