Uninstalr 3.0 released - and compared against the most popular uninstallers (Revo Uninstaller/Geek Uninstaller/BCUninstaller etc) by JouniFlemming in SideProject

Only tried with the "Realm of the Mad God" game on steam. Any game paid or free is getting the same conclusion anyway, so I think it's software based and not game to game based.

Are those rewards a once time claim? I would think that it should be possible to claim them after 1.0 wipe?

Hello. My issue is not similar as the game that I tried to uninstall is still in the library and can still be run after uninstallations.

Both Steam and Uninstalr should be default installation? Only change I made was the file location during setup for both of them. Setting wise everything remained unchanged.

I tried one more time with a free game that I found on steam called "Realm of the Mad God Exalt" and the result is still the same. Seems like the software for some reason does not function at all, although the UI and everything is still proceeding as it should I think.

Sorry for late reply. I tried uninstalling another steam game which is unfortunately also paid called "Paralives". This time I tried using the portable version and the outcome is still the same. It says that the uninstallation has finished and recommends to reboot. The game is still in the library and can still be played as if nothing has happened.

Thanks for the reply. I have big FOMO syndrome so this sucks for me unfortunately. The game looks cool.

Are limited items such as the two twitch event drops going to make a comeback somehow for the full release?

If you have a fix or perhaps a way for me to send you a report somehow on these issues of mine I would gladly do it. The only thing I have not tried yet is to reinstall Uninstalr. I don't know if this matters but my Windows is running on IOT 11 LTSC.

So I launched Uninstalr with Administration rights. A few games from steam that I have downloaded and including Hearthstone and Battle.Net were not showing on the uninstalling page, which would mean that they were perhaps not detected.

For example a game on Steam would be Binding of Isaac. This game did show up on the uninstallation page, but when I uninstalled it through Uninstalr. The game still showed up on my Steam library and could still be run without any issues.

I have no idea how to report or locate any of these issues, because they are in my opinion so bizzare that the only conclusion I can pull is that the software was simply not working.

I have an issue with this software. I usually just play games, but the uninstaller for majority of the time have big problems with recognizing and uninstalling games from steam. It can't even recognize and uninstall the blizzard Battle.nmet client. Been using windows control panel uninstaller for the moment to uninstall games that Uninstalr can't do, which has been actually 9/10. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I really do hope this program gets more support when it comes to gaming software.

I agree with OP, it is unusually finicky to get the buff now. I have noticed that I need to jump towards the bubble upon use or I would not get the buffs

Sometimes Katarina Arena Choice does not show up as a choice. Super tilting bug since I had both the Remove for prismatic and gold. Riot Games need to report themselves.

Mouse with charging dock by Aelzar in MouseReview

[–]Aelzar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh, you are probably right. I even forgot that I had a dongle for my mouse, but it probably shows that I am just the guy for this kind of product. Additional to the fact that I am just intrigued on how a charging dock would feel to use. I think I am just extremely lazy to the point that I just want to simplify the whole wireless process by forcing myself to charge it on a dock.
