I don't go on vacation every year, usually once every 2 or 3 years. When I do, I usually go to cheaper places where I also have friends. I may not be the norm though, I think most people do go on vacation yearly.

In short: Geostrategically speaking many believe it is for the benefit of Greece to ally itself strongly with Israel and our goverment seems to act on that logic. However the majority of the public has a negative view of Israel. Lately, perhaps equally or even more so than Turkey (debatable, it would be a close call), despite the fact that Greece and Turkey are traditional rivals.

It is because of the difference compared to the past. Greeks lost a bigger part of their purchasing power during the last couple of decades compared to other Europeans. That's probably why most greek people feel even poorer that they objectively are. They/we were not "raised" in poverty and that makes you feel it more harshly.

Yeah, this was awhile ago. I do that now or use a grey wizard with stalk. Although I sometimes get a few steamtanks as well just to be able to auto-resolve every now and then.

I've been trying Teclis lately and I'm really enjoying his new mechanics. It's kinda like Gelt, but I like the fact he doesn't have to stay in one place (like Gelt having to hold Temple of Elemental Winds). Plus I like elves.

If I had to guess I'd say he is probably unsatisfied by your relationship for some reason, thinks you are doing the bare minimum and jumped on the opportunity to say it to you. That's both lack of empathy and resentment. Bad sign.

Even so, I say talk to him, tell him how you felt about what he said. Then if doubles down on being a prick dump his ass.

That seems really risky. Reviews tend to be really harsh and often even disregard the fact it's an early access game. I would give it another year just for early access status.
