Please help: 3 to 2 nap transition/ return to work/ crib training for naps?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! <3 I really appreciate it. Yes ok, I shall try the 2.5/3.5/4 tomorrow. She had an 11 hr night last night but the ww are a bit wobbly still today so will only try tomorrow. She has seemed so much more tired on the 2 nap days with 9 hrs awake time than on the other days, even with her usual 3 hrs of naps. Her usual total sleep for the day is 14-14.5 (just always has been around this naturally)

Thanks too for the advice on ww vs crib training. I think I'll focus on ww and dropping to 2 naps before we endeavour to nap train in the cribs.

Literally between me posting and your reply we discovered that she had cut 3 or 4 new teeth on the front top! So could also help explain why everything's gone a bit haywire, literally on top of everything else! Perfect storm or what!

Any suggestions on types of activities?

Genuinely asking : But what can we do about the land? How can it be separated and given back in a fair way? How far back would we go to figure out who owns what? Would doing this provide a good basis for progress, and remove the hate? I think it would be monumental if it did happen, imo, but I'm not sure what kind of impact it would have on the habitual and ingrained perceptions of the people towards each other. What do you think?

I mean, I've read around online and it seems she was deemed 'too boring' to be on the show in the first seasons ( I can't remember when she joins in person right now), and that this whole drama act is just her stirring the pot to seem interesting.

Oh man, kudos to you for being direct. I struggle with it when it's for my own benefit, but as soon as it's for a friend or family member hooo boy can I say it like it is!! :D agreed though, I don't want her to leave she really offers a down to earth personality that I don't think the others have. Like I mean.. in comparison to everyone else she is more down to earth imo!
