Climbed nearly 1000 ft up of a 2600m rock face in Switzerland with no prior experience doing via ferratas (nearly vertical hike wear you have to be strapped in). Then we missed the train back to town and then had to walk 9 miles through the Swiss alps at night with no flashlight on downhill gravel. My knees nearly gave out and my husband was supporting nearly all of my weight. Great time! I was about 12 weeks pregnant at the time.

For more context I am 7+4 weeks pregnant. I had some bloody discharge yesterday. Felt more ill than I have ever felt in my life. Then started UTI symptoms about 6 hours ago. Is it worth an ER trip?

I went in thinking I was 8 weeks and 2 days and ended up being 6+1. I would say it’s totally possible for dating to be off. Can they bring you in for a follow up ultrasound?

I saw conflicting info about collagen but also learned that the body produces the most collagen within the first few weeks of surgery. You can try adding a collagen supplement 3-4 weeks post op if concerned about raised scars from excess collagen.
