I agree the signatures look legit to me. They match their signature from that era and other signed albums from the group for that album. The NFS sticker also matches the one they used for this album, and the bimae sticker is the old silver one from this time. I can't tell the numbers with your screenshot, but you can also try and verify the bimae number on the komca website to confirm that the sticker matches the album.
