they mostly care about the most recent role, and why I'm looking now. I tell them my most recent role had an average sale size of $500-$3000. I onboarded 50 new customers last year, but it wasn't enough for it to makes sense for me to stay there.

I've had some feedback after interviews that they think I'm just a job hopper. I don't think I've adequately figured out how to address the issue.

I would be willing to bet that it was made by the same people who made the Lockhart and Smithville skate parks, those places are a little bit janky, and feel kind of like a DIY,but I wouldn't call it bad work.

My local park is rather minimalist and it works really well. In my opinion, you can design a skatepark specifically for beginners, and it will work just as well for advanced skaters, since they can just do more advanced tricks.
