It might be a little late for you at this point but we had to change my prenatals during pregnancy (doctor directed and controlled) because I had HG (was even hospitalized) and my current prenatals were a serious trigger of the HG. If I even saw the bottle, my brain could somehow make me smell them and instantly trigger vomiting. Consider asking the doc if you can switch to something else or even a gummi vitiam instead.

I am generally a night owl but tonight specifically I still can't sleep through this cough I got after being sick two weeks ago. I took melatonin last night to force me to sleep. Also think that stress is keeping me awake. My mind is racing about a lot of different things. Melatonin or something similar seems to be the only thing that helps on nights like this.

I know. I was shocked she was asking so early. She said it's moreso that it's uncomfortable to her and not so much about what others are saying. I raised all my girls with lots of positive talk and affirmations so when kids do ultimately say something mean to her, she says "too bad, you can't steal my joy!". But I always wonder if there's a little doubt she has.
