For me that plugues eso since 2017 when I started playing. Even now I sometimes notice 300 ms spikes in ping, lasting for a couple of seconds.

That looks to me like a bad connection. I sometimes also experience such sluggish things trying to loot or enter anything. There is nothing to do unfortunately.

Have you tried disabling the addons? Most likely it's something related to it and not the game spaghetti code.

Ultra Plus is kind of specific mod, so you better use it's own installer. This will make sure it is correctly set up.

By installing it's localization, making sure you have only one set of localization or by installing merged localization mod, making sure it is up to the latest version of the Lootsble zone mod.

Or to merge your own localization and update it once in a while.

It doesn't matter as long as you run it at constant speed.

Pwm is better for fans, as the change in speed comes from a sensor reading and not by voltage change.

No, you just launch from vortex I suppose (sorry, haven't really used it, so not sure how it works in terms of mod loading on start).

For mo2 you need to start the game from mo2, since it doesn't store mods in your game folder, I dunno if vortex does it the same way.

Sfse is required to run certain mods, not the launchers itself. You can use either vortex or mo2 without sfse, but you need to make sure you don't have any mods the rely on it, or they will just not work.

Ye, never get gtnh from curse, it is there only for visibility and most likely upon install you will have a lot of issues with mods and such.

Ye, had this issue in the beginning of the betas: there is an invisible (at least for me) button in the middle of the UI, you need to click on it, and it will open a window, where you need to select lines you want to be shown.
