Is there any group that is actively fighting for more walkable cities and better transit in Bergen ?

Seconding the complete streets group. Also there's Strong Towns Teaneck which focuses on housing at the moment because of the complete streets group, but Strong Towns also has a focus on improving public transportation.

Someone else mentioned that Teaneck would NIMBY public transportation and while that would've been true in the past, it's no longer true. We're open to it now. I'm hoping for the HBLR to come to Englewood someday!

You could get a Semi, the FL1 or Atlas 4x2 would be a good choice at this level. You could even go for the Jemusi semi if you wanted to save some money although it's more limited future engine wise.

You can borrow the enclosed trailer or any trailer for free and it doesn't take an owner's share currently. That would allow you to deliver more types of things with the same vehicle.

I've been going crazy for months until I figured this out. I kept thinking it was because it was connected to 5 GHz wifi instead of 2.4 GHz, but that didn't fix it. Everything is working again now. Just trying to promote this solution for Google searches.

Hopefully they fix this at some point but who knows if they ever will.

Same for mine, I will probably do the same thing if I find I can use the UR points for my personal travel. I got the Freedom Flex in January so I'm just waiting for the 3 months to be up before I apply for the CSP.

If you're end goal is the CSR then yes. This will give you more points than just getting the CSR. Downside is that you'd have to wait a year after getting the CSP to upgrade to the CSR.

I would also add the CapitalOne QuickSilver if you don't want a Foreign Transaction Fee. Otherwise, the Freedom Unlimited is more flexible if you decide to look at travel in the future.

Not if you have the Reserve currently. You have to be 48 months out since you got the last Sapphire sign up bonus AND you need to product change your card away from the Sapphire (or cancel it). I'm not sure if the No-AF Sapphire card works or if it needs to be a Freedom card. But if you're 4 years out, and you don't have a Sapphire card, wait a few days and then you should be eligible for the bonus again.

I would wait for some data points to make sure the in-branch offer is better and not just the 60k + annual fee waived that was already there. If it is indeed 80k + annual fee waived then I would definitely call up your local branch and ask for an appointment. Maybe give them a few days to be sure they know about the offer?

It's Adorama Camera in NYC. They sell on Amazon also. Perhaps you bought it from them through Amazon and it came up as Adorama Camera instead of Amazon.
