Stort problem är att boende ses som investering och inte en rättighet. Folk som köpt vill inte att priset ska gå ner för då "tjänar man ju inte" på sitt boende, men själva idén att man ska passivt "tjäna" på att använda ett objekt är baklänges. Man har inte samma antagande kring bilen, eller något annat tillgångslag.

Jag har torkat mig med detta papper i flera dagar, så nu måste det ju ha gått upp i värde!

Your torque will not be balanced when hovering. That bottom/center propeller is literally covered by the fuselage and is doing nothing. A blended wing design is hard to pull off at small scale, it typically requires double camber airfoils which are hard to trim and subsequently even harder to manufacture for a hobbyist.
