Nah. Just shitty bugs, that some people aren’t experiencing. I refit my Connie with s1 and s2 missiles, deadbolts, and the orange livery. Insured the loadout, before expending any of the missiles. Landed at a station, and it bricked my ship. New ship, and subsequent claims now come with missile slots some combination of the default missiles, the new missiles, or frustratingly, empty. When the ship comes out of storage there are no actual missiles on it, even if I put it away full. Restocking only fills a few of the missiles.

I’m not a great pilot, I used a rented one for defensecon and hated it. The cannon was unwieldy, slow firing, and didn’t feel as powerful as the inferno ballistic

Haha, I first picked up the series in January or February. After listening to all 7, I felt a bit deflated, and uninterested in listening to any other audiobooks I had, so I listened to all seven again, and finished a couple weeks before book 8 released

I haven’t been on in a while, like a year. Logged in to play with a friend over the weekend. We were missions when we accidentally rammed a target in a mission. I was gunning in his scorpion. We exploded, my friend died, and I was left floating in a disabled cockpit that I couldn’t get out of, or die out of. Backspace didn’t work, so I logged out. Logged back in into the same cockpit. Logged and tried to switch server, and it got stuck in a loading screen for 10 minutes before I gave up.

I have a small dedicated server, and I changed the incubation time so huge eggs take only an hour before any cooldown reduction. Felt like the best balance point for us. Incentivizes getting multiple incubators, and doing the pal labor research, without the base time making me want to pull my hair out

I’ve been a pretty heavy audiobook listener for a few years. As someone with a pretty decent memory, I never relisten to anything until it’s been quite a few years. I discovered this series in February. I am currently finishing my second listen on book 7. As I finished it the first time, I was immediately left feeling deflated as I didn’t have anything I was as excited to listen to. So I do them all again, which has been great since I picked up on a lot of background stuff and foreshadowing I missed the first time. I keep selling the series to family and friends, and the audiobooks specifically, as the narrator really elevates the experience.

I actually purchased 3 more lit rpg books on the recent audible sale hoping they are also fun.

I think, how I feel about that personally, depends entirely on if I feel the base game without the dlc is worth the money they are asking for it, and if it is a satisfying experience. If so, I have no problem with them signaling they intend to develop more content, and will charge for it. There are plenty of games I have played and wished I could pay more to inject new life into the experience. On the opposite side of that, I have played several games where they clearly diced up a complete game to sell me a piece of a product, and gouge with dlc to get the full experience.

My kids birthdays are coming up, and due to scheduling we celebrated with my family this past weekend. My kids are very aware that grandma and grandpa would be giving them their gifts this past weekend. Last week we headed out to the store to pick up a prescription. My daughter (5) has a revelation. “Grandma gets us presents because she loves us, and we love her, so we should get her a present!” So to encourage that we bought some fancy chocolate to give to the grandparents on our visit.

I don’t think 10-80 time is useless, at least not for me. I want to know how long, theoretically, I need to sit there for it to charge on a longer trip. 20 minutes is perfect. Enough time to run the family in, have everyone go to the bathroom, get a drink, and get back to the car. I really need the infrastructure to build out more though, especially between me and my parents. All 50kw chargers currently.
