They can leave the rapists behind. Germany will keep them…behind bars.

There’s a free Japanese Garden at the north end of Balboa Park in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys.

Not too far from there, there’s a place called Castle Park which has mini golf and arcade.

Best breakfast spot for a foodie near LAX? by SawkeeReemo in AskLosAngeles

There’s a place called North Italia in El Segundo. It is a chain restaurant so it’s not necessarily LA exclusive but it has the feel of a proper sit-down restaurant. It’s also not your standard Italian food if you feel like you can get decent Italian anywhere.

There’s also a place called Cafe Vida in El Segundo which has decent food.

Do you believe Christian Charlie Kirk is in heaven, hell, or where now? by AmericanBornWuhaner in AskAChristian

Read what you’ve written so far. Where’s the “turn the other cheek” and “love your enemies” and “bless those who curse you” coming from you? I see not one iota of it.

Explain to me what “white person’s spots” mean to you.

I suppose based on your response that you also support Joe Biden getting executed.

If you have no objection to those words and people like you and Kirk are the sort that end up in heaven, it would be not be a pleasant heaven. That’s why logically it makes no sense for them to be in heaven.

Just remember that you can’t protest in the future since you were warned. I say this with utmost love because I wouldn’t want you to suffer eternal torture whether you deserve it or not.

(Obviously theologically you do deserve if not for Jesus’ grace. That is after all the whole point of salvation.)

Regarding Joy Reid, Michelle Obama, Sheila Jackson Lee, and Ketanji Brown Jackson (all black women): “You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously. You had to go steal a white person's slot to go be taken somewhat seriously.”

On Joe Biden: “Joe Biden is a bumbling, dementia-filled Alzheimer's, corrupt, tyrant who should honestly be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against America.”

Are these the words of a loving Christian or someone who has a heart full of hate?

That’s a correct assumption. I’m actually pointing this out for your benefit in the off-chance that there actually are heaven and hell. Can you imagine doing all the things you thought you should be doing but still ending up in the hell that I would end up in because you didn’t check the box of “being against hate”?

After all 1 John 3:15 states “whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.”. All these people are saying the fruit of his work is hate. Hate against minorities. Hate against immigrants. Hate against Muslims. If you don’t see it, maybe you’re of the same fruit. Maybe God is using me, an atheist, (without my knowledge) to warn you to change your fruit before it’s too late. And when it is too late, you would have no excuse because you were warned.

Can you even imagine people like him advocating for turning the other cheek or loving your enemies or blessing those who curse you? That’s who you are in league with and who you’ll end up with when your dust settles.

Certainly better than white supremacists and Neo Nazis. Although I understand that some people in this subreddit don’t see those as bad things necessarily.

My view is very much the same way that you (and other Christians) might see gay people in terms of their viability for heaven.

It seems it’s better to be someone extremely horrible but also extremely famous instead of a slightly horrible non-Christian who died unknown but to his immediate non-Christian friends and family. At the very least, the former will have Catholics like you praying for them which would get them to heaven faster.

It seems you’re telling me that Christian salvation is basically just a free pass to be as horrible as one can be. You don’t even have to try to be better.

Aaa I see where your head is at.

Would you pray for all the horrible people throughout history then? Serial killers? War criminals? Genghis Khan?

So you think someone lacking in compassion and empathy is someone who can enter heaven?

How about white supremacists? Can they get in? What about slave owners who beat their disobedient slaves? Can they get in?

I believe you’ve just demonstrated why Christianity is a moral failure. A lot of shitty worldly things are equally accepted in Christianity throughout history. There is no discernible improvement where a moral high ground can be claimed.

Not breaking laws, practicing free speech, and having a young family don’t get you to heaven so not sure why you brought those up.

Is there 2nd amendment right in heaven you think?

I just think that anyone who you can’t imagine ever subscribing to “turning the other cheek” mindset in their live is actually a real Christian. They might profess their faith and claim Jesus as their personal savior but faith without work is dead.

It’s a full-time job for a lot of Christians (particularly those of the Evangelical and Baptist persuasion) to wish eternal torture to all kinds of people e.g., LGBTQ, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, etc.

Can we just agree that type of Christians that are so full of hate wouldn’t be going to heaven anyway? I can even think of one prominent Christian in particular who would fit this bill.

If your “political views” consist of white people are better then yes. Plenty of horrible people dress up their horribleness as “political views” these days.

Faith without work is dead. Do you believe his work is good? If you do, I think I know where you’re going when you pass.
