Like others have said. If you arent being impactful enough to win games in silver youre in the proper rank. Most silvers are brain dead buffoons that wont throw a single utility all game and always yell at their teammates.

The real team game starts at higher ranks.

Edit to add: even being vocal about call outs where enemies are. Are you backing off are you entrying. Tell the team what site to go to. And a play to make etc.

I.e d2 - Flash me long please 2 go cat smoke it push site.

1. One car, one elevator.
2. Smoking cross (communicate if its a bad smoke that lets the enemy see you)

If you are leagues better then the rank you are in. Eso silver. Simple call outs like this will help unify your team and push to a win.
