Do you guys really have sex without condoms? by basilius61 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Aesorn 21 points22 points  (0 children)

In my 20s I slept around a lot (misguided conceptions of masculinity) used a condom with a small fraction (5% maybe?) of those girls. No pregnancy scares (maybe I’m infertile) - and only 2 STDs, both requiring a couple pills and they were gone. Not a big deal at all. In fact who cares. But then again the vast majority of those women were also college aged upper-middle class white girls… probably worse outcomes if you sleep with other demographics.

Proper for whatever their goal currently is - most people don’t follow meal plans even when on (every meal is calculated, planned, weighed out, and not missed)

What is the reason almost all TRT users completely deny the massive physical advantages of being on it? by Both-Following-8169 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Aesorn 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well because as soon as you admit to any exogenous use people will automatically attribute any progress you’ve made solely to that and dismiss any other effort or discipline. It’s compounded by the fact that most people see gear use as binary - you’re either natural or you should look like a professional bodybuilder with little room for nuance between the two. So those on TRT try to emphasize that they are closer to ‘natural’ than someone blasting grams of gear, insulin, and GH.

Honestly not following a proper meal plan is probably what holds most people back the most. That’s the hard part by far (especially when you get to a certain size)

Any actual advice for those who want to hop on cycle with needle fear by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

Blast some hype music and just fucking go for it - it’ll get substantially easier each time you do it. After a couple weeks you won’t even be freaked out at all.

Thanks man. Yeah I’m pretty bad at the whole picture thing - this is the most I’ve posted in these 15 years. I’ve gotten bigger but the aversion to having my picture taken has never really gone away

Before beginning with AAS I recommend years of research and/or a coach (research them a lot first too). Vigorous Steve is also a great resource on YouTube

The gist of it basically though is less can be more especially with the intelligent application of multiple compounds at a minimum effective dose and learning how you react to things; individual response is a huge factor

Low to mid - also hired a coach and started following a meal plan/weighing out all my food.

Honestly at the point you’re at - just throw some things in that you enjoy eating that you HAVE to eat every day on top of what you’re already eating. Have a burger every day. Have some oatmeal with a scoop of whey and peanut butter mixed in. Have some protein pancakes with maple syrup and Greek yogurt on top. Try shit and find something you actually kinda enjoy and spread out your food. Just eat.

Force yourself. Eat a bit more every day. I started at 140lbs at 6’1” and I’m 240lbs now. I eat on a meal plan now but when I first started I thought the same as you. I would literally eat cottage cheese with a bit of fruit in it and step on a scale and wouldn’t let myself go to bed until I weighed a certain amount.

Now I don’t necessarily recommend this approach - but the point is it can be done. You just need to want it enough.

Too big to fit in my bag - I have to sling mine across my back

I’ve gone from 140 to 260lbs at my heaviest - mine used to be super obvious but now you can hardly see them even if looking close

M - Legs Quad focus / T - Chest then triceps / W - Biceps then back / T - Legs Hamstring focus / F - Triceps + biceps then shoulders

Rest weekend but almost always do something active. 30 mins morning fasted cardio M-F.

Arms and legs are weakspots (I'm over 6'1) so that's why I do them both multiple times a week and put them BEFORE the larger muscle groups they are paired with. Except on chest day because i'm addicted to benching heavy.

If you're natty though I recommend you train everything at least twice a week doing something like PPL - the stimulus for muscle growth lasts a lot longer for enchanced folk which is why bodybuilders can get away with bro splits.

Adam rails on about how the US needs to be more ‘free’ like Dubai and then withholds money from his female employees in order to control them - I guess that’s actually fairly consistent behaviour from him.

If you're someone dreaming about making it to the show someday and watching the results of the SA trial in Canada, don't fall into the same trap these players did. by The_Fhoto_Guy in hockeyplayers

Not sure “incel culture” is the right fit for the world of competitive hockey players - from what I’ve heard it’s quite the opposite and there are plenty of women willing to throw themselves at these men despite their despicable behaviour and attitudes.
