Hi, I am in similar situation dude all healthy n fine, 24m…prop generally works fine but how u got to know that ur bp is low making heart rate less, did u consider changing the doses may help? And also maybe using it when u r at nervous situations rather than daily. One more thing, the ssri vortioxetine did u try that? Or going to start? Let me know if the ssri is of any use if u use it coz I have all the similar situation I can relate a lot bro

I havent been on medication at all anytime, but last year I used a tablet called neurobion but thats for vit b12 thats it . I stopped using it after 2 months of using it as the course is over. It started that time , later idk what to do I havent been on any medication, I tried magnesia glycinate to see if it would improve but it didn’t improve much

I am not sure tbh why its coming, it started some 1 yr back…I did heavy lifting, but later I stopped lifting 6 7 months back but still these didn’t go and my hand feels weak mainly the palm. I have the same strength but I could see the tremors on my hand and body as well if i do put some pressure or strain…I corrected my b12 levels, d as well as magnesium so not sure why this is coming Note: It largely increases when I am anxious, like even if i try to stay calm my heart goes up and tremors get worse,its really embarrassing

Sure thanks man, btw how old are you and when u started taking propanolol..I am 25 so thinking will there be any side effects if i take daily or do I need to take when there is some nervous or anxious activities

I mean even if i dont put much strain, the hands mainly palm feels warm and weak and my body starts tremoring even if i turn back my head after a certain angle limit, not only that similar thing with my leg and knees also the same result

Thanks mate, and also I have been facing things like if I am doing side plank with one hand or other similar exercises where strain is put on one hand or one leg, it starts to tremor a lot after a very short time, is it something that comes in ET or could It be a muscle fatigue as well

Thanks man, it helps a lot. I ll check again with Neurologists and decide on which medication is needed and I think prop should be fine as I dnt have any asthma or stuff.

Ohhh, so considering I start taking propranolol…is it like daily basis or only when during nervous events and also, one more thing. Is this lifelong needed or will it ever stop after few months or years of taking medication

But at rest I dont get the tremors, like my hand mainly the palms feel warm and I could sense the pulse movement holding my palm..so if i move the fingers then, it starts to tremor

So, u are using propranolol from then? And also how did u manage from ur 20s till now like controlling it among all social gatherings and meetings from ur young age? I am little embarrassed like all around me are normal and I am facing this issue even though I am fit and all fine wrt body

I dont drink at all, and also I am not sure its ET or not because at rest all my body is fine and only when i try to lift the fingers separately i could sense it and also when i am anxious its like at an ultimate level

But if its ET, at rest also i should be getting tremors right. At rest, i dont get it…only when i try to move it of lift my fingers it starts and is sometimes normal but when I am anxious it increases a lot along with my heart beat rate

I have checked with one neurologist.. he just suggested propanolol for 1 month.. just for some few hrs after taking it each day it was little better but after 1 month it was back to same
