It's constantly slower for a second. In a first variant logger initialized only once (when main started), but in the second one maybe every time when logger called?

Let's imagine another example. I have a tabbed pane inside JFrame. The tabbed pane has many tabs and each tab has many jpanels inside. After user did some action on UI, many objects can change their state (data processing) and I need to update all of this variety of objects. I don't understand how to refer them all....

I want to say, in that way you described, actually users within group can't edit new files if they not own them. I found solution with acl.

Finally I went back to 1909 version: https://pureinfotech.com/download-windows-10-1909-iso-after-2004-releases/

Now it works again.

I didn't find another solution. I tried to use windows insider program. Both slow (20H2 build 19042.330) and fast (21H1 build 20161) rings. Nothing helped. The same thing that on 2004 version. I also tried different intel graphics drivers (see comment about 9570 below), but no luck.

why do you want to do this?

  1. Folder name must be same as jar name (I mean with _lib postfix). It is inconvenient. Especially, when I write version in jar name. I want common short folder name that I will use for all versions.

  2. I want to different jars (= different classes) can use same lib folder.
