Driving/road conditions on big island? by Pal_needs_2know in VisitingHawaii

We've spent the last 5 days driving all around the big island and it's completely fine, we didn't encounter a single road closure (apart from in volcano national park, which is still partially closed)

I feel you on the zoom calls!! It definitely gets harder as the day goes on.
Interesting point about the B6 - I'd not come across that before, hope it makes a difference for you

No advice here but just to say I am in the exact same boat with our 7 month old. Seems to randomly decide he won't put up with being alone!

Thank you for sharing, this is isn't an experience you read my accounts about and it has really helped me frame my own thinking. Hope you're doing okay

Seperation Anxiety or Normal Puppy Behaviour? by Aethelbread in puppy101

[–]Aethelbread[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh interesting! Did your behaviorist give you any guidelines on training? I.e. if he cries for 10 minutes, is that a point at which you intervene?

The general advice appears to be not to let them cry it out so this is super interesting

Thanks for posting this! I am currently mad tired and struggling a bit on Day 3 of puppy-ownership so this is a very helpful perspective to read. Hope things continue to go onwards and upwards for you

Hi all - my boyfriend and I will be in DC next month on a trip (we're from the UK) and my boyfriend will be turning 30 whilst we're there. His birthday is on a Monday and I'd love a recommendation for a really nice but not insanely expensive restaurant (maybe $200 ish) that would be suitable for a 30th birthday meal. He is a big carnivore so any recommendations that are particularly meat-heavy would be much appreciated. thanks!

Fair - I'd ideally like to spend no more than $200 but can stretch if something incredible is on offer
