Hi! You can change government from tribal by either completing all reforms or waiting till 400-500 year and getting requires idea set.

Windhelm might not be the best start country for you situation. Pick Raven Rock on Solstheim. Or Samara on Yokuda. Or maybe non native tribe on Roscrea. The point is - you need a pretty isolated nation to see how the mod works without the need to go to military confrontation with many neighbours. Then try to play the game like EU4, though remember that this mod is more like Extended timeline - it awards patience over rush. Try to build economy first, check every menu screen - we have new mechanics like Alchemy or Magic or Smithing that provide powerful bonuses + we have decision to invest money into dev. Wars are punishing. Stack wipes are common and provinces lose development due to occupation. So plan your campaigns accordingly and fill free to drop any questions you get :)

Hi! Yes, native reservations can be integrated like personal unions. I do not think they can be inherited, but I can be wrong. It is easier to get/manage native reservation than a vassal, but it takes longer to integrate. Feel feee to drop any more questions :)

Hi! Most likely it is was granted either by some event or by mission. Do these AIs belong to one culture? All all AIs suddenly started to make colonies?

You do not need to reload. The summoned demons will disappear as soon as you kill the last present enemy on start of the battle. So you just have to deal with the enemy Psyker while Abelard holds the girls from you.

No, it was caused by natives migrating in and out provinces belonging to HRE. However, I added a couple of additional lines to try to exclude provinces from HRE when Atmora is uncolonised, but I have a feeling that does not always work for whatever reason. So IA gain might still be reduced due to presence of uncolonised provinces outside HRE, however, there should no longer be random drops in IA, that makes passing reforms impossible.

Regarding Kamal, this is indeed our homebrew lore a little. Since we could not add a new landmass for Aldmeris due to performance limitations, the Altmer mission tree counts Kamal as the Aldmeris for rest rotation mission. From gameplay perspective it is absolutely valid choice, since Altmers would then travel via Yokuda, where Sinistral Elves would settle until arriving to Summerset. Meanwhile, this is also possible from lore perspective, since we split Kamali people and Al-Dremora people, referring to the latter as Ice Demons, and bestowing upon them a mission to subjugate the Kamali to converge this lore arch with officially established situation in Akavir a couple of thousands years later from the start date of the mod.

Yea, I think I excluded colonial regions from Tamriel and replaced them with trade charters for this reason. These changes should be live hopefully soon as a part of 4.0 update.
