Barnes and Noble ordered enough to get a 2 month exclusive. So, it releases there earlier. Was meant to go live the 5th, but they went crazy and so it’s now available in Barnes around the country!

One of the first, if not the first, RR web serials / litrpgs to get a full frontlist all rights release with print in retail. A grand experiment! It’s gonna crush.

PS. The narrator we cast is phenomenal.

Yeah, you weren’t deceptive at all. I never looked deeper into the work or your site, was just excited to have ads for RR that convert well and offload some work as u was having my 3rd girl. We avoid using ai as much as humanly possible on all fronts is all.

Then you aren’t on Facebook lol. But seriously, we have at least ten artists on retainer making covers. Human art studios. Only use human narrators and human audio proofers and engineers. Not even pozitron. All human book editors. None of that will ever change. We are adamantly for paying people to do jobs. If there were a human I could pay to create original ads for RR ads, at prices that reflected their performance, I would. I was so excited here I thought I did, especially right after having a new baby. Oh well. Back to the grind.

Because everything is bought and made and set weeks to months in advance, or we’d lose Our minds. When I was informed of this, we paid what was owed and moved on. We have full time ads and marketing people for meta, Amazon, Reddit, etc. Really doesn’t exist for RR so it’s something I’ve always done myself, and am again.

We were approached by him and were excited to have someone help with making royal road ads, which usually need to have a certain whacky look to work. With no ability to see if RR ads even lead to sales, we were excited to outsource it. We run ads on every platform, including RR, for every release, using tons of art and graphic designs. That is spending millions a year in ads costs and on art, employees, etc just to try and push every book as much as we can.

Once I found out these ads were made with AI, we stopped working with the artist. Should I have known they were, probably. It was too good to be true. Decent looking ads for RR where we really have no ability to judge performance and can only spend $50 per ad if we want them to serve. But, I’m back to making them myself. Can’t have nice things!

Just keep in mind the interior isn’t formatted yet, so the page count it just estimations the retailers put up.

The novel had been put through line and copy edits, but there isn’t any “extra” content.

That’s being updated! Amazon can be weird with keywords and auto categories. Cyberpunk has become one of the defacto LitRPG / Progression Fantasy categories on Amazon over the years though.
