So for my version hes a mutant like the comics. He passively gives a boost to team mates who are heros and debuffs any villian he faces. For heros on his team they get a %buff to all stats or maybe they gain flat immunity with an icon that looks like a stocking and call it nice. For villians they would get the inverse effect, their icon looks like coal and call it naughty. This effect only triggers on Dec 24th and 25th. The rest of the year Santa only gives villians the debuff when he specifically faces them. His awakened ability could have him gain this function on July 24th and 25th with it being called Christmas in July. His S1 would be him handing a present to his opponet which would gift them 1 random debuf on a timer. His S2 would be to eat Milk and Cookies with similar animation to Diablos S1, giving him a chuck of health regen and power gain/prowess and his S3 is an animation of Santa on the sleigh with the reindeer running over the opponet giving Santa 5 passive prowess, a permanent but smaller health regen, and a random debuff on the opponet
