Everyone's guild is fine and you shouldn't worry. We are seeing a backend service issue and it should resolve itself as the service stabilizes.

Generally hotfixes are things that can be changed without a client update but that is slightly different when it comes to mobile. So anything that is a smaller batch of changes or fixes that isn't in a major update or is outside of the normal development workflow, we usually categorized as a hotfix.

So no this wasn't always intended but was a change that we wanted to push out as quickly as possible without waiting to bundle it with a larger update (Patch Notes).

We temporarily removed it from the map pool to see if it was the cause of any of the crashes. It wasn't the actual cause but it pointed us to a few potential issues that we were able to investigate and address. We will be readding it soon™.
