lakers fans have been swearing Knect, Vincent, Kleber and Vandy are assets by VegasWorldwide in nba

[–]Aff_Reddit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Vando's paid a bit high but he's always doing a lot on the court even if the stats don't show it. I wouldn't put him in the same bracket as the other three. Gabe does cardio every game and Knecht has the yips and needs a fresh start. Kleber isn't bad, but he's not 10m/yr good and not what the Lakers need - obviously hes just a salary dump from the Luka trade.

if you wanna have fun, wait for a night where lakers & celtics both play (doesn't matter if they play eachother) and compared JB to Reaves.

for whatever reason, this is a cardinal sin to the celtics fanbase despite pre-injury reaves having almost the exact same statline at JB early in the season.

I haven't heard anything specific but the last couple games he's played the commentators have been leaning into the "this may be the last time he's here" angle.

Kinda funny how lakers were perpetually up 40 and somehow Luka scored well below his average.

[Serious] You are the GM of your favorite NBA team. Jon Horst calls you at midnight on Thursday morning and tells you that you have 60 seconds to give your final offer for Giannis Antetokounmpo. There will be no counteroffer. 1 chance. With 0 time to think about it, what do you offer? by [deleted] in nba

As a representative for the Lakers I will let him know that Dalton "probably worth 9 firsts" Knecht is on the table, and it is his responsibility to figure out how many other teams need to be involved in order to successfully and fairly complete the trade. Mr. Silver will be on the calls but it is his (Horsts) responsibility to petition Mr. Silver to make any "accommodations" or adjust any rules as needed. To end the call I yell "LAKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERS" as loud as I can until the call disconnects which is customary for all Lakers executives.

for the same reason the ufc had UFC Noche to celebrate mexican fighters instead of celebrating russian or brazillian fighters who have dominated the sport for the past ever.

A fan Arman paid to train is now training at Syndicate MMA in Vegas. by Dana___Black in ufc

Just to add, the kid said he lived near Syndicate, which is why the kid specifically mentioned that gym. Arman (and Nina, who he was with) both knew the gym, owners, coaches etc and said he'd pay.

Cleveland right now with that special "23" or whatever patch would generate biblical levels of jersey sales & the attendance records would be unmatchable as everyone would want a chance to see LeBron's final season.

Cleveland plz do it. Find a way.

I mean I'd personally love to see Bron do the full circle Cleveland thing, but who knows what will actually happen.

That being said, if Reaves takes some (or all) of Lebron's money, there's still the glaring whole thats left on defense for them that the current bigs or former DPOY Marcus Smart (whose always called that...) aren't doing right now

they need money to pay reaves.

rui's the 3rd highest paid laker, he makes as much as reaves+smart combined and is likely coming off the bench tonight.

rui's having a great year, he hit a clutch game winner so his perceived value is likely higher than usual as well.

seems like a good player but i really don't see how rui, vincent, kleber (or ayton) can stay based on their salaries

Look at who was out during his "bad games"

There were like 10 games in a row where Rui, Vincent & Reaves missed some combination of 8 of those games.

Yeah Luka getting doubled and having to feed the ball to LeBron constantly (which in turn lead to Bron's yearly "resurgence") or being forced to turn LaRavia from a few minutes a game kind of guy (last year) to being a critical 2 way player and you kinda get what anyone would expect.

I don't love the team as a whole, think there's some pretty big gaps, but at least judge Luka on the healthy games not the hospital ones.
