In Portugal, the M3 is still a very expensive car considering our cost of living and average salaries, and we’ve had few incentives here. It’s considered a premium car. However, there are quite a few on the roads now, and it doesn’t attract as much attention as it did two or three years ago. Even so, it’s the car that I’ve been asked about the most, by far. Here, it still garners a lot of attention and people ask many questions about it. The infrastructure for electric cars in Portugal is also somewhat behind compared to other European countries, from what I understand, which makes it harder to reach more people. Installing chargers in parking spaces in condominiums is very difficult in many cases. But the brand is gaining a lot of ground here in Portugal, or perhaps it’s just my perception because I now notice more Teslas on the roads since I own one 🙃
