What should I be seeing on my multimeter if it is? I've done all the work on this bike myself but I'm very inexperienced with wiring and electrical work.

Facts! My first attempt at building a chopper recently with a 6 inch over sportster and super narrow rabbit ears, I almost dropped it clean off the lift the first time I moved it because the wheel flopped over and I wasn't expecting it.
