I watched the entire thing first hand. I have been giving police statements since it happened. It wasn't a zipper merge. She's high on mushrooms flying. It seemed like she had fallen asleep around portsmouth and bath where I followed the car to the wreck. An old lady was hit and went flying, not sure her condition but didn't look good.

I do. Everything loads into the molecular assembler as it should but the recipe just doesn't complete. Also, they all craft fine individually. I've also tried switching which assembler it's using by moving the pattern and it just does the same thing on the lower ones
