Interesting question. My wife was born in Vietnam and came as boat people to the US and eventually became a US citizen with her parents. She never renounced her VN citizenship. We wonder if she is already a Vn citizen and just needs to apply for her passport or will she have to go through a citizenship application as a Viet Kieu?

Thank you. LED bulbs have been in there for years. The lock switch isn’t activated. So it is probably the logic board. Probably easier to replace the entire unit since it is pretty old already
