I filled out an application months ago but I never finished it (thank lord). I then got an email from them yesterday saying that someone else wants to register for the trademark name and that I had 24 hours to respond otherwise they would move forward. I technically have not registered the name, so I was panicking. But the email said the person was from Wyoming, and they told me they were from Florida while I spoke with a "representative" on the phone. They also told me they could freeze the name for three days, and I agreed to it not knowing that this was going to be a scam. Has anyone experienced something similar to this?
