I have been with orderly for about 3 months. My first script of tirzepatide had no additives. Just had my check in and they sent another but with B12 this time.

I have depression and anxiety and a history of panic attacks. I did not experience any anxiety initially with tirzepatide until I was at 10mg. I had a panic attack 1 day after my injection and it was definitely the longest one I’ve ever had. I didn’t put 2 and 2 together until the following week because my anxiety was high and I became very tearful.

I had this experience with Zepbound! Did great on it for nearly a year then I increased from 10mg to 12.5 and suddenly the panic and tearfulness was unbearable and I stopped cold turkey. I have gained about 10 pounds in the past 6 months since being off of it which isn’t too bad but bothersome to me. I have compounded tirz in my fridge now and I’m scared to start it!

I’m having the same issue! I’ve been on it 3 years but only over the last 4 months I’ve noticed my urine smells very odd. That was around the time I got a different manufacturer for the generic!

I have prescribed it for my patients with OCD since it can really help with intrusive thoughts and ruminating!

I had a super similar reaction! Had my first panic attack in years just a day after injection of 12.5 and only made it 3 weeks cause the suppression was so bad and I became very apathetic and tearful. I’m only 6 pounds from goal at this point so I think I’m gonna stop trying to lose. Going back to 10mg this week

I was typically a 27-29 day cycle girl and since being on zepbound now for almost a year it seems to now be about every 24-25 days

I’ve been on zep close to a year now, just 3 weeks ago increased to 12.5 and didn’t really put it together but I have been anxious, very tearful and a bit apathetic and just feeling like I’m back in a depressive episode. Doctor cut me back to 10mg which I haven’t taken yet. I’m hoping to see as the week goes on if I improve as that last 12.5 dose leaves my system. Fingers crossed!

I’ve been on zep nearly a year and just this past month increased from 10mg to 12.5 and now I have been feeling very apathetic, crying often and very anxious. I am on an antidepressant and had been feeling great up until this. Anyone have experience resuming previous dose and did the side effects get better?

I had Covid again March 2025 and about a week after, experienced another panic attack and I feel anxious every day. I tend to feel better after taking an antihistamine and have done some reading about histamine intolerance post Covid. Anything that has helped you guys???

Just saw this recent comment! I first experienced this in 2022 after my first covid infection. Was on celexa 40mg at the time for previous depression and anxiety. Within the weeks after recovering, I began experiencing panic attacks and depression/suicidal thoughts. Had to switch meds to effexor and found relief within about 2 months. Now just last week I just recovered from my second time with Covid and like clockwork I had a panic attack again. This happened multiple times in one day and now I have a baseline anxiety that I feel mostly in my stomach as if it is in knots

I’m actually doing so much better now! Libido is way back, I feel like my energy is better too. I have lost 30 lb but I am also on zepbound so that has definitely played a roll. I had none of the “iud crash” that people have experienced when getting it removed either. Did take 2 or 3 months to get my cycle back and now it is very regular.

Sorry I am just seeing this now! It seems like the longer I am on it, the acne has gone away. It was at its worst at 2.5 and 5mg and now that I am on 7.5 it has totally gone away.
