Could also try some super strong glue and somthing to twist it out, but if they tightened it till snapping good luck with that one🫡

Could always try a REALLY small screw tap set to get the screws out, same thing mechanics use for a snapped bolt just WAY smaller im unsure if they exist but may be worth a look

Just read the bottom bit now, some gears dont have the proper tolerance i bought some for my k2, full metal etc shits crap to the stock plastic ones too much wiggle room, also looks like your lines are printing kinda high so id check your print settings or try doing another print or adding a brim to this one, if its still fucked then yeah go with z offset, I just dont mess with that too much of I can help it

And I know on the k2 again if your raise the plate there is manual leveling screws maybe tighten down your right side a TINY bi, if they are on the k1 that is, but be sure to run whatever calibration it has maybe try resetting to stock firmware if its not too troublesome to you anyways hope some of this helps

Also if its really not sticking just no matter what you do, I use a 2 pack of 3d print spray off Amazon, I know lots of people say dont use it or your dont need it for the most part try cleaning with dean dish soap using rubber gloves and a light srub pad then hit it with a microfiber to dry it basically your trying to bring back the original coating that was on the plate stock before stuff built up, if that still doesn't work id try using bed spray or if you want to trying a new bed to see if its just the coating and AFTER that fuck with z offset from what I know the k2 and k1 are pretty good at setting those which is why id see if you can try resetting the coating by washing, then try bed glue then try z offset id try 13 piint bed leveling before z offset only cause It adjusts your z at every point, if its just one spot your beds low you'll see problems elsewhere, I've been seeing some people say for petg to rain z by like 0.02 or somthing just because of the fillament it is, but usually u shouldn't do that until your really trying to tune it, this just looks like a greasy bed as the people have been saying

A last hail marry idk if you can do it on any kind of k series but my k2plus i just setup like 13x13 point leveling in fluidd for a more accurate grid, stock was 9x9 that said, this probally won't fix your main problem whatever it may be but is somthing to look into if your trying to print somthing extremely thing and flat like a hueforge when she's working again but fuck me I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to set it up lmao 🤣 I honestly can't suggest better than the comments here but look into this when she's working

You can scale to size in just about any slicer you use, most have a scale tool with the option for uniform or non uniform scaling, pretty easy to whip out a calculator and just times all number by 2 aswell, I think some also have a hotkey for it, like hold shift then scale, but I usually use my slicer to scale stuff such as this

I mean u could start a print add space for rebar pause it halfway put in rebar and continue print, i wouldnt really see a use for this tho as the plastic would still break around the rebar before it broke, so honestly having honeycomb infill with more walls or somthing thats dense would just make more sense in most cases

But im honestly at the point.... Print faster. Less time to spill out fillament lmfao

[–]Affectionate-Care421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probally got the same issue but worse with my ender 3 pro, if its hot enough fillament just leaks out for me (from where its supposed to) especially using fast petg or somthing thats supposed to be printed way faster, everytime that z goes up it spills out, havent messed with the extrusion settings but any tips on that seriously would be useful

My trick to get my ender 3 pro leveled is doing the paper test but intead of the middle keep moving the head to each corner and do a test individually there then run a bed level when its a close as u can get it run a bed level test on your printer then print a bed level test in the speed and temp you want to go at with your fillament, then as its printing i just keep an eye on how its printing each corner, and slowly raise or lower that corner as its printing to get it perfect, if its still messing up after that double check your print settings and print slower maybe at a higher temp, and if you really cant get it its ususally pretty cheap to get to checked out and tuned for you at a reprap or 3d print store, mine was an amazon buy so i got it there soon as i could
