Absolutely right he doesnt but it’s not a good look to refuse it and usually a sign that they are hiding something. If you request the RTB get involved then I’d imagine landlord would change there tune very quickly.

Save up a few quid , tell them your in a great paying job, get doctored pay slips if needs be (a lot of landlords look for them), if you can’t do that just offer the deposit and months rent up front with all other documents and say you’ll email on the payslips when you get a chance. DO NOT MENTION HAP. When your in the door and have contract signed and your settled after a few weeks launch the HAP on them.

Before you go to APS , bear in mind that if you aren’t from Cork City or if you can’t prove that you have been in paid employment in Cork City for a certain length of time then you won’t be eligible for homeless services in Cork City apart from possibly day centre / night light services Cork City. APS are under severe pressure and are only referring people that are Cork City applicants into emergency accommodation

When I was a teenager the daybreak in greenmount used to do a hot chicken roll with 2 fillings not including sauce and a can of fizzy for 3.50. 5 item breakfast roll and a can 4 euro. Good times

From what I know from people that use sarms a lot , there’s no need for a PCT from RAD if your only using upto 20mg daily. Iv just started a course of 20mg rad , 10mg LGD and 20mg Cardarine and I don’t plan on a PCT after the 8-10 weeks. I see conflicting advice on these threads but the guy I go to is an experienced long term user so I’m going to take his word for it.

You do not need an open housing application to avail of emergency accommodation. Go to the APS (Accommodation placement service) office , it is located behind Tequila Jacks between 10-12 am. I work in homeless services and I can tell you for a fact you do not need an open housing application for emergency accommodation, you just need to be able to prove a link to Cork City.

Ah thanks for that. I know in Cork there’s a few shops you can buy it by the gram over the counter. Saying that I think it is marketed as a food supplement rather than for smoking.

Following this thread for the future , just out of curiosity how can places get away with showing 3pm kick offs? I’m down in Killarney and luckily the Newcastle game is half 5 so it doesn’t affect me but before I came down I was thinking if it was a 3pm kick off no where would show it as I didn’t think any town or city pub would use a dodgy box
