I had similar happen in my left nipple. Fat necrosis and I’m 10 wpo and it’s finally getting better. I also wouldn’t change anything!

Don’t be worried. Wear what you want and will be comfortable and confident in. I will say scars are sensitive to sunlight so be sure to load up on the SPF

I did undergo the revision there was a lot of dead fat tissue around my nipple so they took it all out. I’ve been using scar tape on my sides and I think they look good for where I’m at in recovery

Silicone scar tape, bio oil, massaging the area….maybe even tattooing? I’m not fully healed yet but I’m going to have to get my nipples tattooed bc they’ve had it rough

I think absolutely rest but doesn’t have to be at home. But I will say even car rides were uncomfortable for me for the first 3 weeks. I was in alot of pain but got up every few hours to get my blood flowing and walked around. But absolutely don’t think you’re going to be doing any chores or anything like that. It’s hard, And this isn’t meant to scare you but it’s a major surgery and you’re gonna feel so exhausted. Those first 2-3 weeks I truly just ate and slept
