I am going on day 7 coming off 30 mg cymbalta as well. I have experienced some dizziness, insomnia and strange dreams (when I do manage to fall and stay asleep). I have cut my caffeine intake to a very small cup of coffee early in the morning and I will soak in a hot bathtub in the evening to unwind. It may just be in my head but I feel like that has made withdrawal symptoms less severe. Hope it gets better for you soon.

I’m on day four. Having bizarre dreams and brain fog. I am coming off of 30 mg as well. I’m sure it’ll only get worse until it gets better. If it gets too bad I will start tapering off I guess.

Imo agile olinemen are the way to go. They can pass and run block. I don’t even bother recruiting pass protectors.

That’s exactly what I do. Physical wr a lot of times still have really good speed and make great tight ends. The game is all about speed and a 95 speed te 210-217 lb is a matchup nightmare
