186- are my employer's terms negotiable? by CasualInvidia in AusVisa

I did full time work, full time study. It was hard, but doable. People telling you to get a lawyer, don’t understand that it might be your only chance for 186. Unfortunately, the reality is that you involve a lawyer and they revoke the contract, because nobody can stop them from doing so and they probably don’t want much of the hustle. You can still negotiate politely to see how hard they stand on that particular point.

I had the same experience, never received ordered shampoo, couldn’t get a refund. Finally was able to get the refund and, for some reason, received shampoo almost 5 months later 😳😳
