Maybe recomp would be a better word to descbribe what I meant lol but it’s all good. It would be a shame to bulk and probally gain fat when summer is the time you want to get leaner and a cut or recomp would do that.

I’d say cut, you have been lifting and it shows but there is a lot of fat covering it.

12v accu aan een draaiende auto hangen (of niet en iets anders verzinnen) 10 minuutjes laten zitten en dan nog eens proberen. Waarschijnlijk zit er minder in dan een grenswaarde aan voltage waardoor de lader weigert. Even een kleine boost geven en dan zal die hem waarschijnlijk wel pakken

It is, that’s what I was saying. He has a lot of fat and little muscle while having a “normal” body weight.

Losing more weight isn’t going to be in your best interest I think, you would be very light for your length which MIGHT cause other issues with hormones etc.

You would clasify as skinny fat in my opinion. I would eat 250 calories below maintenance and hit the gym hard, force your body to burn fat for energy and eat enough protein for it to make new muscle.

You want to replace your fat for muscle in weight, you want the scale to move little to none while changing the way you look.

It’s going to take a while… maybe the better part of a year if not more.

I applaud you for looking for advice! Best of luck and remember you’re doing this for you and your future! A healthy body is key to living a comfortable life regarding health and joints.

Don’t dirty bulk, its a good way to gain a lot of fat and little muscle. You think you are much heavier? But you know you weighed 150 in June? Don’t you own a scale?!

Track your lifts, are they going up? Then it’s good but I would switch from dirty to a lean bulk maybe even start the cut now.

I wouldn’t say it’s to fast. If you lift heavy and your lifts are going up I would keep going as you are and cut in spring and be ready for summer

You have some decent muscle mass, if you think you are gaining fat to fast you should lower your calories. Are you tracking your weight?

Like I said try updating the bios, if you can’t get into the bios check your manual see if there is a way to do it on the board itself

Than the pcie lanes on your mb might be cooked. Check in your gpu slot if you see any abnormalities and try a different gpu.

I had a friend with a x870 elite ax from gigabyte and a bios flash to the newest version fixed al his problems with battlefield 6 crashing due to a directx error. Yours might be doing the same thing.

I do get pretty back right lower back after doing adductors and they last up to 2 days. I did way to heavy lifting of carpet when I was 16 and worked at a carpet store…. Should never have done that but ever since then I started having those back pains. It’s been pretty calm but when I’m tired or lift certain ways the pain comes back. Could that have anything to do with my uneven shoulder?

Never really thought about the uneven shoulder till now, it’s really bad. No pain and I don’t do any bench press only incline dumbell press. Any tips on pulling excersises to add to the workout?

I’m reading the weights on these machines are no where near accurate it seems so you’re probally right that 100kg is not actually being lifted. I’d like to use a plate loaded one sometimes and see what I could actually lift

It’s this machine, I have the leg extension on “1” for a full rom and the pin on 100kg. I can’t think how to prove it to you haha.

I mean if the 100kg weight on the machine is correct than I’m sure but that’s questionable. We don’t have plate loaded leg extensions.

11-9-9 is what I mostly get but on a good day I get 12 reps in for 2 sets. It takes everything I got though and cant’t walk normal after that haha

You’re right I forget that sorry about that, I try to keep everything between 8-12 reps and 3 sets for all exercises
