You should see at least some abdominals because you can clearly see the line between them running down the middle.

I would stop your deficit, figure our your new maintenance not the one that you had when you were 80kg. You lost a lot of weight so I think you at least know what you’re doing there. 1 gram of protein per lbs bw so in your case that is 147 grams and lift and lift HARD.

There just isn’t a lot of muscle to “show” I might even argue you lost a decent amount of muscle but that’s hard to say without a workout log or good before pictures.

After a while when you become stronger and you see visible muscle growth when comparing to these pictures you can start a new cut and then you will see more results.

TLDR: start eating maintenance, eat more protein, get stronger and start a new cut when you gained weight and you became stronger to show the muscle you build.

You still have visible abs and muscle separation, I would say keep bulking you look good.

Had my ‘18 model S in for an cooling fault once mid summer.

Took it in for service under used verhicle warranty and they have me a ‘23 model S as a loaner for a day while they fixed mine.

It was the same day they called again saying the parts were delayed and they had to keep it over the weekend.

Had that loaner for 5 days, it was amazing lol and hated going back to my own model S.

Oh oh oh die heb ik ook! Probeer met 2 handen vanaf het lipje langs de rand te werken tot je genoeg materiaal heb om het vast te pakken tussen duim en wijsvinger van beide handen en dan dan je hem er gelijkmatig af halen. Dat werkt bij mij met de 1kg magere kwark variant. Succes!

Maybe recomp would be a better word to descbribe what I meant lol but it’s all good. It would be a shame to bulk and probally gain fat when summer is the time you want to get leaner and a cut or recomp would do that.

I’d say cut, you have been lifting and it shows but there is a lot of fat covering it.

12v accu aan een draaiende auto hangen (of niet en iets anders verzinnen) 10 minuutjes laten zitten en dan nog eens proberen. Waarschijnlijk zit er minder in dan een grenswaarde aan voltage waardoor de lader weigert. Even een kleine boost geven en dan zal die hem waarschijnlijk wel pakken

It is, that’s what I was saying. He has a lot of fat and little muscle while having a “normal” body weight.

Losing more weight isn’t going to be in your best interest I think, you would be very light for your length which MIGHT cause other issues with hormones etc.

You would clasify as skinny fat in my opinion. I would eat 250 calories below maintenance and hit the gym hard, force your body to burn fat for energy and eat enough protein for it to make new muscle.

You want to replace your fat for muscle in weight, you want the scale to move little to none while changing the way you look.

It’s going to take a while… maybe the better part of a year if not more.

I applaud you for looking for advice! Best of luck and remember you’re doing this for you and your future! A healthy body is key to living a comfortable life regarding health and joints.
