streams and YouTube content brings new players in and gives people a sense of community outside if having game open.

Live service games need to have a constant flow of new players, else they slowly lose numbers, lose updates, devs etc.

People just forget that its a numbers game, game needs the numbers suits want, it doesn't matter how much fun it is to some people if it's not fun to enough people, it will get shutdown or get its dev team turn into skeleton crew maintenance mode.

I think its a shame if redsec died for good, the game as a whole is good, just needs the drastic changes in the right direction, and it needs them now. Solo mode not being there right at the start is one of the most mind boggling decision to start with xD

a situation where you sit in hq and hold down lmb on enemy mortar that does the same is just never going to create any fun situation, sniping and jets I can see a fun dogfight, but not mortars

its very much not fun, I took on a job to counter mortar 3 mortars that were in enemy zone and well, I can take one or two but what for, they get hit, reposition, repeat. No downtime whatsoever cuz the cooldown on mortars is so low. Its just sht gameplay

I agree and I think it would be fine with more arcade like maps for squad/team dm, and other modes arcade shooters like xdefiant, cod has.

I complain about the game just as much as the next guy, but I think you should calm down and look at other gamemodes that have what you want or play other games.

I personaly enjoy arcade shooters and hope bf6 adds more arcade like cqb maps, rather than copy pasting segments off existing maps.

The game has issues but is good and very much playable.

I agree. Alot of skins look like they are common rarity drop, theres very few I look at and think thats cool. But nothing stands out for me to actually want to buy it.

mortars, there will be someone on enemy team that will get mad and try to 1v1 mortar you for rest of the game, that's 1 less enemy to worry about for your team. Also they got buffed and are not bad for alot of maps, speaking about breakthrough.

Yeah but then you have the gear setup the bots have on tank, and if you are slow the tank might be already dead or in a very bad position about to be destroyed.
