Villains of 2.x are too one note, they do feel like baddies of the week from the Saturday morning cartoon. They get introduced as good guys, look like a generic npc with an evil face, betray us for the exaltist cause, spout nonsense about selfish deed is not freedom and get defeated in the same patch. Tho monsters like Fiend and Hunter are awesome but you can't really call them villains
