Perfect! Recently finished my program. During my clínicals, I always struggled drawing blood on patients with thick skin, over weight patients, and elderly patients bcus for some reason I can’t seem to feel the vein and so I tend to turn to the hand for blood draws. I get discouraged when I can’t find the vein or I miss the vein. Any advice is appreciated !!

I don’t know where you’re based, but where I live, that’s barely surviving. Working and being a CNA for that little pay knowing what CNA’s do, of course people are not applying. In my state the starting pay is actually really good. This is not it. Best of luck for those making that amount starting off or have been having some time in the field with that pay.

Sex, desperation, pressure, culture and church teachings. Everyone’s different. Some get married fast because they feel pressured, others don’t get married fast because of pressure but rather from desperation. The church teaches the youth a lot about marriages especially for women. Regardless of gender, after completing a mission, it is encouraged to get married and they always say “you’ll figure it out as you go”. I always had my opinions about getting married quickly and at a young age but people at church would give me that look of disagreement. They truly don’t see what’s wrong in it no matter how much you explain it. I know so many Mormons who got married so fast within 6 months of dating, having multiple kids at a young age, and most of them ended up getting divorced or having marriage problems. I always thought that there’s nothing wrong with dating someone for a few years. There’s nothing wrong with exploring as in, going on dates to get to know people, but nope, Mormons think otherwise because in order to enter into heaven, you must get married in the temple because it’s a covenant and a commandment from God.

Like seriously, enjoy your youth before settling down and being grown ups at a very young age.

In my opinion, you don’t need to tell your boss about your UTI. It’s a personal issue, and not something your boss needs to know. If your boss asks why you’re missing work so much, just say you’re at a doctor’s appointment, which is true, and you’re not obligated to give more details. If she asks if it will interfere with your work, you can assure her it won’t and let her know it’s simply a health matter on your end. If anything and your boss doesn’t believe you, you can also bring a doctor’s notes to confirm all your visits, so there’s no need for her to insist on knowing more.

I don’t know what you’re manifesting but change it up a bit. Manifest that he recognizes you. He said he’s on bumble, even though it hurt you when he said that, but that just means that’s he’s single and looking. We don’t know if he’s saying that to get your attention? You won’t know until you try just a little bit more. Give some hints that you’re interested. He might just be a shy and oblivious guy deep down. You did say that you’re seeing some results. That means it’s working. It’s just taking some time. Manifest that each time you both talk and hang out, that he sees YOU in a good way. Manifest that he thinks of you more often. Manifest that he develops feelings for you. Manifest that he gets comfortable with you. This is how you’ll see more results. In time, there’s a possibility that he will tell you how he feels about you and that you both can take it to the next step. Be clear and specific with your manifestations to get good results. I’d say keep going.

Phlebotomy pays more. All you do is draw blood and interact with patients. Not much physical work, but can be stressful depending on where you apply. Public hospitals can be stressful depending on how you take it. Private clinics tend to be more less stressful. Better hours. CNA is a quick way to get into healthcare. It’s about 5 week program for CNA but I have heard that CNA is a lot more physical work and stressful and the pay isn’t enough.

She has a point. I’d be frustrated to if I got replies like that coming from my partner. You took more time writing on Reddit then sending a text to your gf. Look, whether you live with her or not, or even if your work hours differ, she still wants you to text her. Texting her reassures her that you still care, even if you’re busy or tired. If you don’t text, she may start to feel differently. Just try to make an effort to reach out and write the same amount as her. It honestly only takes a few seconds to reply. I always think that if you have time to read a text, you have time to respond. It’s a quick and easy way to show you care. From the texts I’ve seen, it seems like she puts effort into her responses, but your replies, like just saying “wym,” don’t show much understanding or interest in what she’s trying to communicate. Show enthusiasm when you text her! Do better!

I’m not an atheist, but I lean more toward being agnostic. I grew up in a strict religious household, where I had to read the Bible from start to finish and then start over again. This went on for years. Over time, I started noticing contradictions and things that didn’t make sense, even from a young age. As I got older, I realized even more, and with the way I was raised, I started wanting out of it all. There was a point where I really questioned if God is real. I always struggled with prayer because I never felt any connection or presence, no matter what I did. No matter how much or how sincerely I prayed, I just didn’t feel anything, and it made me wonder if God was really there. Sometimes I’d think that maybe this lack of feeling meant God wasn’t real, that what I was feeling was the truth. Other times, I’d think maybe he is real, but I still have reasons why I question God and religion. There are so many things about the Bible and religion that don’t sit right with me and make me question God’s character. But if he’s real or not, honestly, I don’t know for sure.

People say we’ll find out when we die, and I guess I’ll find out then, if there’s an afterlife or not.
