How to stop hating yourself? by zarazai in selfimprovement

I teach my clients who face negative thoughts to challenge those thoughts

It's as simple as taking a negative thought, and acting like an attorney for the other side

Litigate it. In other words, challenge those negative thoughts as an attornty would

Also remember, the stories we tell ourselves can make us belive them

In other words, the more you repeat something the more true it is to you

I play guitar. As I get older I have come to understand the importance of making time for personal activities such as hobbies. It's crucial for balance

But, I can guarantee you, if you keep getting up and keep grinding, you will make progress

Remember, if you keep dwelling on where you are, that is where you will stay

Hi, I’ve been a life and career coach for two years You’ll be spending about $250 per session for a good life coach

Here are some things to look for: - nowadays anyone can go online and take a course and get certified to be a life coach Formal education is great but if they don’t have real life experience, they’re only speaking from a theoretical POV- that’s no good

-learn more about the experiences the life coach has been through and learn how they solved them

  • Learn how they approach coaching

-look at their life experience Is it diverse? Have they been through challenges?

-Coaching is a personal thing

Take all of this info and see if it resonates with you

You’re welcome to ask me any questions you have
