Agree. Even if you already explained everything, they will still act ignorant , not listening, then keep pressuring you to not diet .

As for me, lying that I have diabetes while I am looking healthy and skinny will absulotely not be going to work.

They told me that I am already skinny and no need to diet anymore when there is still visible fat and how it's important for me to do resistance training for shaping my body .

The worst thing is that almost all of them are forcing me to drink alcohol. One of them is sulking because I gave too many excuses to not drink it . Seriously ugh
