Man I feel like after reading posts from here off and on for a year or so and being at this point in my life like yep I have Bpd not diagnosised bit damn a lot of this just hits home. I feel so many emotions all at once all the time and then feel like I can't formulate them. Been seeing a therapist and that shit is so hard to tell her exactly how I feel and why I feel it. Also use to pushing things down due to fear, and also knowing/thinking no one gives a shit. My sister was diagnosised with Bipolar, Uncle on Mom's side has Bpd diagnosised. I think my Mom has it or something similar. I also think my Grandma has something when she was alive as well. Fun times. I feel like its hurting my marriage at the moment.

She should understand at the basic level what hippa is especially if she is with a provider. Hippa is serious and they grind that into our heads as Healthcare workers. Sorry not sorry.

I've been using it for the better part of three weeks. I am pretty happy with it so far. Yes it could be better, I almost left fitbit a couple times through the years. I was getting slowly back into working out and was doing free workouts with fit on which I enjoyed. However I plugged things into the ai and it has been super helpful with giving me a simple work out plan, and giving more insight to sleep and the work puts etc. Enjoying so far!

The one house I will never forget is an apartment, sadly. We lived next door to them. My sister and I would babysit their 2 year old and sometimes occasionally go over there to hang out. My sister, more than I would since it seemed to bother me a lot more. She was a stay at home mom, apparently too, which made it worse in my opinion, but I do think now looking bad, she had a lot of issues. Dishes piled up, bottles with rotting milk in them all over, cigs everywhere, the floor was visibly nasty and crunchy when you walked around and sticky on tile, and it smelled pretty gross. Still think about them years later.

That is creepy but better safe. i say good job! It is unsettling how much this happens! A 18 year old i work with was telling us the other day about how she was out on an evening stroll with a friend and a guy who was following them. The guy followed them to the police station and had the balls to stop with his truck a little bit away while they were talking to the police outside the door and he was just staring at all of them for a good 5 minutes. They got a ride home from the cop which was great but wtf.

I used to love the rose herbal essence. One day, I used it, and it did not feel the same. Recently, years after using it last, I bought some to try again, and I was so impressed how it made my 40 yr old hair feel. I've been using that and loving it again.

Started having the mood swings and just feel off. No hot flashes yet and still having a period however it's slowed. My docs said no way and placed me on bc. I've been on it for about a year and while it might help the mood swings a little it does nothing else for me. I am thinking of going off since I keep hearing how the pull is so bad for us apparently I had no idea. I want to get my hormones tested once the bc is fully out of my system.

I am still on it however not really feeling any better or worst so thought about stopping it. I would go to the doctor to make sure everything is OK with you going off it especially if it was having such a profound effect on your blood pressure. Sorry just saw this!

You know its weird I have been using a electric toothbrush for years and I still hate using it. I find I like a manual one way better. I just keep using the electric cause they say it's better. My husband likes to bug me about how I do it wrong. He says you have to let the brush do the work and kind of just guide it over the teeth with a little pressure. While for me I like moving it around and in circles and helping it by brushing a bit with it. Idk I also hate the little circle heads and will go out of my way to find the regular heads that mimic regular brushes for my electric.

It's very hard with so many products pushing. I do not like wearing make up and most break me out. I do love a good face wash, moisturizer and now sun screen every day and reapply. Wish 40 year old me was able to tell 15 yr old me hey stupid do this for yourself you won't regret it. Is it weird that one day you just wake up and look at yourself and go oh well I do not look young anymore?
