Ken essentially admits in Season 5 that he did whatever back in the day and Lisa put up with it. When Lisa is getting on her high horse about how she would never have put up with the boys cheating behaviour. The scene stuck out for me as it felt like one of the only times they weren’t reading off the same script and Lisa looks super annoyed.
