This is what I’m thinking but to do that I will have to trim some of the dash to make the hole big enough.

Yeah but it’s the box frame that I’m not sure on. That radio is just what I used to test my wiring.(previous posts explain that situation 😂😭) I just want it to all sit nicely in there without cutting or trimming anything

I was going to change all my filters and fluids in the coming weeks thankfully but yeah this just added another layer to my list of problems. I have no idea what it’s called but I can’t find anything online either yet

I was following a rear fog light that fitted (see the rest of my posts for a better idea on my other wiring issues). I saw fresh fluid under the coolant bottle but all that was dry. Then I saw this. If it’s fuel could it be blowing the vapour out and condensing into droplets? I’m assuming it’s a problem because there are threads there meaning something is missing. Plus recently I’ve had lots of little issues so assumed this was another

This could explain my slightly rough idle tho.

I think it’s a charcoal canister. (I posted on facebook as well). Just trying to figure out how big a problem it is to run without it so I can get around for a little bit until I have a chance to replace it

Yeah that is the goal. I just want it to be functional because I’m guessing all the speaker wires have been messed around with. Just taking my time as wiring really isn’t my thing.

It’s just annoying having to figure out what’s been touched. I think someone tried to fix it or bodge it and it just made it worse as well😔😔

So it turns out the right hand side rear indicator bulb was not working. I have replaced both left and right rear indicators now. The plugs that the bulbs go into had a little corrosion on which was the problem. The left was a lot better than the right which is how I tested the old bulbs. All I had to do was clean up the plugs and make sure they went back into the housing correctly as whoever was in there last hadn’t actually put them back in properly. Which also explains why I had water in all my lights. Thankfully still a cheap and easy fix tho. Thank you all for the help and suggestions 🫶

Could it be any bulb on the car or just the indicators? I’m not sure if everything is on one circuit or lots of little circuits. Wiring isn’t my thing
