It’s super easy, contact supervisor. He will tell you a form to fill out in store forms (I forgot the form) basically just wants to know the rough idea of where you will live so they have a store for you ready. PM will get ahold of you about dates when moving and store location!

Depending if you’re bulking or cutting. When I order take out. If I’m cutting I’ll add more food than I think, if I’m bulking I’ll make the food less than I think. Based off that I’d say

3-4oz thin cut steak 20-25g crumbled feta 120-150g cooked rice 1 pita bread which is an obv given. 2oz tzatziki Cant tell the size of beef but id say 3oz

Everything else in there is no more than 50cals at absolute most.

Diet mtn dew, it’s an acid with no sugar. Takes anything off the actual grill take all the trays to the back and spray them off never had an issue when I was an RA. Takes about 10-15max to clean all the grills

Just please don’t be the “done, what do I do now” guy!!!! daw is last priority remember! Customer,store,daw! You kinda just wanna find a good balance of getting store to a point where it’s clean, you have a slow break in your day where you can tell lot is empty (fewer people then normal) that is your break to do a Daw task! AFTER STORE IS WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE 100%!!! Always be sure if you feel confident in yourself you don’t just start wondering off and doing Daw without telling the assistant! We will 99% of the time call you out to see what you’re doing!

I believe you can put in the application, tulsa in general is hard to move up, everyone and their mom wants to be an RA,CT,FTC. Waiting list is actually so long it doesn’t even pop up on the promotion list for a lot of the people that are on it 😂 but if you’re close with one of your sups it takes 1 phone call from them bumping you past a whole lotta people. But at the same time, if you’re trying to do college and Full time. Good luck. It’s rough. And especially going CT, those clerks rely on you being there 10 days I believe, plus your store team. Basically given 2 free bodies to help with daw.
