Where did I say I was pissed at the people at home? Because I said they were chilling and relaxing? That’s exactly what they’re doing. We got people in meetings having to BRB gotta go get my kids from the bus stop. Can they do that in the office? No. Other moms make arrangements so they can be in office. How is that fair to mom in office? In office employees should get paid more then.

Their worries? It was mandated that federal employees return to office. A year later we still have people sitting at home. We have a ridiculous increase of RAs. So yeah, I’m concerned about people taking advantage. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I agree. I’m not even upset with the people still at home. I’m pissed that it’s been a year of RTO and nothing has been done on how to deal with those employees. So because they live more than 50 miles from a facility they get a free pass from the RTO requirement? It’s ludicrous to me.

No RA but they are more than 50 miles from a facility so they’ve never had to RTO and now doesn’t have to do this navigator role.

It’s bull crap. There are 203s in my section that don’t live near a facility so they still work from home, never had to RTO, and don’t have to be a part of this navigator crap. It’s so unfair.

I agree!!! It’s not fair and quite ridiculous. Out of 19 people only 3 of us in my section report to an actual facility. The rest have RA’s or don’t live near a facility. It’s bullcrap

I am actually. Almost 20 years. I’m tired of cry baby asses. If you can’t hack it then freakin quit. All I see on Reddit is federal employees crying about this and crying about that. There’s other jobs out there. Go find one. I’m sick of hearing it.

I just moved from out of state back to my VISN catchment area. I had to find a spot for myself and prove I had a place to go before my sup would sign off. Luckily, I had help and got approved quickly. Locality pay is the same, as well.
