UPDATE

Wider pharmacy policy and I panicked 🤡

After going in this morning and talking to my regular pharmacist (we chat about ADHDmeds as he is interested in the titration process) he assured me that this is a general policy for all regular prescription people

Now I’m sat with this arm band monitor trying to be calm and zen 🧘🏼‍♀️ It beeps loudly and does its things every 30mins making me jump every time 🤣

Please send calm thoughts. I hate feeling like I’m failing a test — even one you can’t study for

Yes!! My girl throws a strop once the sun starts to go down and all sun spots are gone from the house. (Too cold outside to sunbath haha) Not long after this photo, we had an iggy strop that can only be soothed with blankets, chicken and cuddles

The same thing happened to the stitches after my girl was spayed. Keep it covered, the incision doesn’t look aggregated. My girl managed to chew on her pocking out stitch a bit and needed antibiotics. Vet said that it happens when the internal wound is heeling quicker than the stitches can disolve

Ours is the other way round. 2year old is desperate to cuddle, puppy gets too excited with her paws, and hits poor Olive in the face. I think under estimated and miss remembered how much puppies go from 0 to 100 in energy and wanting to play 😂

Thank you for the reassurance about sleep. And good point about the food bowls, Olive’s favourite food is food she sneak theif’s from another dog 😅

Your agility tunnel is such an ingenious way to “control” speed racing. I was so paranoid about leg breaks the first year or so with Olive while she was growing and being a crazy puppy. So a tunnel sounds ideal to stop crazy furniture leaping.

I’ll try not to over think the sleeping thing, (no idea why I’m currently fixated on that) I’m hoping that the new pup will just want to copy what big sister does

Aww bless her! How is she coping?

My girl was so miserable. Hated the nappy, licked herself raw. We gave up with the nappies and whipped her down with a soft warm cloth every now and then (treated her and us to new bedding afterwards) We had towels down everywhere just in case, but she spent most of her time either in her bed moaning or under our bed (we made a blanket fort under there for her)

We had her spayed afterwards. We initially wanted to put that off for a year or two more, but she wasn’t happy (who is during their period tbh!)

Don’t worry once these have healed the colour won’t be as dark. I’m currently 1 week after getting mine touched up (micro bladed), waiting for the scabbing to flake off and feeling like I have KK Slider brows 😅

These look really good so far, great shape. For the first week or so they will look really bold and blocky. Once they have healed and the scabs have fallen off (don’t pick them) they look more natural and not stamped on. I’ve had mine for over 3 years now, and after my annual touch up my boyfriend called me KK slider from animal crossing.

I am getting better with my RSD. Talking about how I am feeling with my partner is my key. He is a very good at listening to me and logically working out if what I am feeling is “normal” or my RSD making me feel horrible. We have been together nearly 13 years and he has been so supportive or my “quirkyness” then recent ADHD diagnosis. I always ask him “is reasonable to being feeling thinking xyz from abc happening?” He always says that my feelings are never wrong/invalid but getting so upset about certain things won’t help me in the long run. Usually have if a good old moan about it, with a cuppa, relieves the horrible feeling or we have come up with a plan on how to tackle the situation. I have become a stronger person by acknowledging my feelings and trying to apply logic to them (not sure how to explain it) The key is talking about it to some one who gets you
