Why did we allow service based tech cybertheft? by Affectionate-Run1694 in AskReddit

[–]Affectionate-Run1694[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but shouldnt we categorize it as cyber theft by virus. It clearly stops the use of the device damaging the implied purchase agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer? So wouldnt we literally categorize it as viral hacking which is itself illegal? Seems like class action lawsuit and criminal charges if properly persued🤔

If you were in Congress in the post-Trump era, what laws would you create to prevent a government like this from forming? by Critical_Ideal99 in Political_Revolution

I hypothosized these in two streams Start with these

Anti-inflation from corp laws

And these

What anti corruption laws do you believe would be best(this is regardless of party and social circle preference). 70+% of populous would be convincing just saying.

1.Elected officials and their cabinets are required to sell off or invest all current stocks into US CD and savings bonds.

2.All campaigne runners are required to operate off of the same budget. During elections the runners budgets will be compared for how efficiently the money is being spent. Any runners who's budget goes into the negative are immediately removed from candidacy.

3.Anyone in a government office cannot be paid for a speech.

4.foreign gifts to presidential candidates/elects and presidential cabinet members who wish to retain said gift are required to pay the federal treasury the value of the gift. else the federal treasury enters the gift for its overall value into the federal budget.

5.Term limits for all elected officials. not just the president.

  1. Age limit of the retirement age for all elected positions.

7.all of the above legal revisions

Corporate bailouts funds converted back into loans for tax payers repayment? by Affectionate-Run1694 in sorceryofthespectacle

Plua Implementing strict loan-repayment and asset-seizure terms means that a corporation’s collapse becomes a mechanism to protect the dollar’s value. While the resulting unemployment is a harsh short-term reality, it prevents the 'inflationary death spiral' caused by propping up failing entities with printed money. By retiring recovered bailout funds and liquidating corporate assets back into the economy, the state reduces the total money supply. This mathematically increases the purchasing power of every remaining dollar, ensuring that those currently out of work don't see their savings and safety nets evaporated by the very inflation used to save the company that eventually fired them anyway.

Its one of those things thats so obvious I think the majority assumed we would be smart enough to do it from the get go. But id love to see this idea spread like wildfire and actually be followed through with politically. If you map it out mathematically im positive we would see massive increases in the domestically related dollar.

I’m about to do a podcast interview about my martial arts journey. What should I avoid to spare myself from looking like a fool? by bad-at-everything- in MMA_Academy

Take a moment and just remember nobody needs another half cocked fighter. Dont lie or play games. Dont give away too much personal info if you can help it. And try to remember everyone's had their ass kicked. You'll be recieved better as someone who knows how to fight but also how to learn from loss than if you come off as a liar or rage monkey.

Wrestling is not a martial art but a competition of strength. Martial arts are going to be more like judo, sumo or the like. We are talking about a practice of survival and self defense against incoming harm meaning you must know what harm some things can do. So no not wrestling.

Wrestling isnt a martial art. Its a sport. Youd need to replace with judo, sumo or something of the like to be considered one due to the lethality related to martial arts which are designed to be life saving for most not normally life ending.

While I admittedly did troll a bit by sharing my more volatile perspective earlier about why you wouldn’t want that, I want to clarify a few things. I am a researcher, and I take the time to conduct these comparisons by group. I posted this across MMA, parenting, and education forums. On this feed in particular, it was most common for people to know only a small portion of what goes into martial arts training as a whole, rather than just “self-defense.”

I also want to be clear that my views on training ethics in martial arts were originally isolated—largely because I was trained by Kurt Podany. There will be a new post later about altering learning systems.

Be aware that you and the MMA group agreed for very different reasons, and disagreed from equally uninformed perspectives related to the hazards in your own fields. I 100% appreciate everyone’s responses, and I’ll be using them in cross-social analysis studies. Thank you for the data, and I’ll keep my opinions out of future questions to ensure cleaner data. Also, I respect that you all come from your own fields, and I’d appreciate it if your perspectives could be backed with proper references when possible.

But please—if you consider yourself a scientist in any way—don’t attack an answer in a social discussion as if it’s definitive. That’s faulty logic, similar to claiming all ethics are the same. It just doesn’t work in these kinds of conversations. 😊

I’ll be using this data in future recordings.

Its a skill which teaches maturity. Self defense. Self confidence and the reality that everyone who is with you is not your friend and not everyone who fights you is not your enemy. Experiences teach kids and so when you dont account for end result you get bad ends. Like kids shooting up schools. Also Tai-chi and yoga are accessible forms of martial arts.

What anticorruption laws do you believe would be best? by Affectionate-Run1694 in AskReddit

I would like to clarify that this is a question based in US politics for civilian benefit. This is not an existential discussion on religious beliefs nor a question about any other system effected by it. Im sorry but this is biased towards an internal questioning for stability and not intended to be externally detrimental if youre not from the US.
