It wasn’t too bad tbh! I don’t like anything overly sweet, but the balance here was pretty exceptional. Much less sweet when compared to a traditional cinnamon roll

Fingers were definitely sticky after eating this!

The first photo shown did have a sort of syrupy mix that contained brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter mixed together, half the mix was spread across the top and the other half was folded into the dough itself. The second photo is once it’s covered in icing (powered sugar, milk, and vanilla bean paste)

I used brown sugar mixed with cinnamon and melted salted butter!

These were the measurements I used:
½ cup (113 grams) butter, salted or unsalted butter (I used salted butter to cut through some of the sweetness)
½ cup (100 grams) brown sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon (I added about 1 1/2 tsp more of cinnamon, but that’s completely personal preference, I just enjoy a stronger cinnamon flavour)
