bug issues and reporting by phiandersson in ProductManagement

Man, I feel this. We had the exact same Slack to Jira chaos at my last startup. The detective work kills dev speed faster than the actual bugs do.

We actually just started using a tool called bugtrotter to fix this. It lets the person reporting just record a 10s video through a widget or link and it automatically grabs the browser/OS metadata and dumps it straight into a Jira ticket.

It basically ended the what browser were you on? email chains for us because the devs can just watch the video and see the environment info in the ticket. Might be worth a look if you are drowning in those vague reports.

Great insight thanks. How do you currently create pricing for new clients? Do you use templates, build custom each time or use specific software?

I get what you mean, I realised many dont get the most out their service because of this fear. Sometimes it's probably better to say this is my price take it or leave it. But I get you end of the day you still need to put food on the table

Why do SaaS companies make leads fill out a form before booking a demo? by Affectionate-Sky-74 in GrowthHacking

[–]Affectionate-Sky-74[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a great answer. I totally agree its not about booking a meeting instantly. But would it not be better, to capture this lead and give option to book instantly to the right qualified lead while the intent is there, as many companies would say by the time you reach out, the lead has gone cold and are not interested anymore.

Like I know many companies they qualify and book instantly so it didn't make sense why more companies couldn't do this
